I'm looking for descendants of George Samuel Windsor Earl,Resident Councillor of Penang from(1860-1865).He had been sailor in command of vessels,and in 1832 he came from Western Australia to Java.He arrived for the first time from Batavia to Singapore on 6th February 1833.In 1856,he practiced in High Street,Singapore as Advocate and Law Agent.On 1st June 1857,he was appointed as Police Magistrate in Singapore.In 1859 he was Assistant Resident Councillor and exchanged offices with Mr.Willans at Province Wellesley;he then acted for Mr.Braddell in Penang and returned to Province Wellesley in 1860,and was Resident Councillor there and in Penang until 1865,when he died,two days after leaving Penang on his way home.He married to Clara Siborne.Their issue:-
