* After Henry M's death, Rachel married George Elsberry--they are both buried in Lincoln Co. MO.
Henry M. was a property owner according to BLM records in Pike Township 51-N Range 3-W and Montgomery Counties Township 49-N and Range 3-W in the 1820, 30's as late as 1841.
Henry M.and Rachel B Cobb had two sons
John Henry Cobb born 1845 (my direct ancestor)
Ezekiel Andrew Cobb born 1846 -- Goodspeed -- History of Lincoln Co.
I find evidence in the 1850 and 1860 of both of the boys John Henry and Ezekiel Andrew and sometimes Rachel living with Margaret and Ezekiel Downing. I also have the Downing Family Genealogical information but they have nothing on Henry M. other than a name.

Married Priscilla Adams Abbott of Louisiana Mo. March 4, 1868 in Pike Co, MO
b June 24 1889, d 1941, Benchland, Montana
They had 5 children -- there is a dispute could have been 4-- in 8 years.
Priscilla arried I. A. Gilmore had two more children and came to Montana in about 1905-07 with Samuel Henry Cobb and Katherine E. Schooler Cobb. (all are buried in Montana)
Katherine E. Schooler daughter of Willim Schooler, reported to have served as postmaster in Pike co.
