I'm looking for descendants of Major Samuel Dunlop,Actg.Resident Councillor of Penang,Malaysia from(1884-1885).Born in 1838.Served in Royal Artilley.He was posted to Malaya and attained the rank of Colonel.
He been installed as D.G.M of Freemasons' Hall in 1885,Singapore.He returned to the police the following year, serving until he was appointed President of the Singapore Municipality in 1889. He retired from public life in 1890. He died in 1917.He married to Martha ?.His issue:-
i)Mary Dunlop(1900-1947)at Chester Terrace, Regent's Park, London married to William Paterson Waddell.
