Looking for information on Rafael Chapa, b. about 1828 in Mexico. Married Maria Ursula Sanches about 1856. Children were Jose Maximiano (b.abt 1858), Santiago (b.abt 1861), Donaciana de Jesus(b. abt 1863), and San Juana (b. abt 1870). All children baptized in Nuevo Leon, Mexico. Family is listed in 1880 census of Duval County, TX. Have been able to locate Santiago and Donaciana in later censuses of Starr and Jim Wells Counties, TX, but nothing else on Rafael or the rest of the family. Interested in info on Rafael and Ursula's ancestry. Santiago was my great-grandfather. Working on family tree and any info is greatly appreciated.
