I do not have any information in regards to the names, ages, etc. of birth parents. My one and only clue is that a Dr. Boggess who practiced and lived in SLC, UT contacted my Amom out of the blue one day and asked did she want to adopt a second child? (Amom had adopted 1st child 7 years earlier through Dr. Boggess) My bmother had to physically hand me over to 1st Aparent father to make it legal.

Dr. Boggess is dead now and I have been unable to come up with any info regarding Dr. Joseph P Lewis, Jr. or Dr. George M Uhl.
I don't really have an official birth certificate and can't seem to get one from Sacramento. About 2 years ago I requested a certified copy of my birth certificate to get a passport and have run into nothing but dead ends from the people in Sacramento due to the adoption and the closed records.
I have a copy of the Certificate of Live Birth which is all my Aparents ever recieved. The Certificate is from California and is stamped certified and signed in California.
A CERTIFICATE OF LIVE BIRTH is the only documentation I have.

Robert Dansie was the attorney who handled the filing of my adoption in Utah and I've found out that he filed a LOT of the adoption in Utah. Also a retired judge MCdougal (sp?) from murray, utah helped with getting the adoption threw.
My amom just let me no that i was not retrieved from the hospital until several days after i was born she can't just remember Your personal information will only be used to contact the submitter and will not be saved or used for any other purpose.
