I'm looking for information on the family of Karoly (Karl Ludwig) Gayer, born in Kremnica, Slovakia in 1871, son of Ludovicus Gayer (Ludwig, Lajosne?) and Maria Janauch. I know he had brother(s) and sister(s) -one called Mitzi, another married with someone called Sarkany and Bela who were living in Kremnica by 1950's- He moved to Germany where he married Johanna Mina Caroline Schäffer (daughter of August Adolf Schäffer and Dorette Kreuter) from Hannover in 1903. I guess there was too some other Gayer people of my family there or in Bremen. Karoly, Johanna and their sons emigrated to Argentina where they lived and never came back to Europe. They were my grand-grandfathers.
