I am looking for information about Severine Margarete Knudsen who emigrated in 1902 from Norway, where she was born in Tysnes Parish in 1874. Her destination was Thor/Humboldt Co., Iowa where she was visiting with an aunt Ingebor Munson. According to Norwegian farm records, she married and was in California in 1906. I am hoping to find marriage records in Iowa to discover her married name.Unknown whether she changed her name in America as did her three brothers - from Knudsen to Wilson.
