I went to a little cemetery next to Hope Lutheran Church, located 2 miles east and 1 1/2 miles north of Bertrand Nebraska. Besides my Schwarz grandparents and other Schwarz relatives, I found several Karsten relatives and Woerhle relatives:
Sophia Karsten December 13, 1860 to June 9, 1933
Joachim Karsten 1823-1900 and his wife, Wilhelmine 1838-1922.
Wilhelmine Frau Von(wife of) Wm. Karsten
Geb.Den (born) 15th Mars(March) 1870
Gest.den (died) 18th Dec 1914
William Karsten Oct 2, 1865 to March 4, 1944
Herman Karsten Dec 15, 1894 to July 12,1896
Lena, dau of Wm W. Karsten died March 5, 1893 age 12 years, 4 months, 21 days
Albert & Clara - children of William and Mina - born and died May 8, 1898
The Woehrle's I found were:
Fred E born June 20, 1893, died February 3, 1974
married on September 8, 1920 to
Clara J. born Oct 10, 1898 died Feb 3, 1974
The Schwarz's I found:
August F Schwarz - Feb 18, 1862 to Oct 5, 1931
and Wife Sophie Feb 8, 1877 to July 8, 1963
Christian Frederick Martin Schwarz born Nov 11, 1821, died Feb 19, 1902 age: 80 yrs, 3 mo, 8 days and his wife:
Christine died March 5, 1898 71 yrs, 8 mos. 8 days
My great grandparents:
Jakob Schwarz 1861-1935 and his wife: Wilhelminnia 1872-1965
I also found the following children:
Marie S. 1888-1945 (located on the left of Jakob and Wilhelminnia) and 5 boys (located on the right of Jakob and Minnie) They were:
Christian J 1890-1916
William K 1900-1907
George 1907-1907
Emil N 1896-1897
Louis W. 1891-1892
