I am looking for the descendants of William H. P. Norris, born November 15, 1821 in New York. He married first married Lucinda Jeffords, their sons were: William Wesley Norris, born Dec. of 1841, Sherman Jackson Norris, born October 1, 1843 (died in the Civil War), Israel Prince Norris, born Jan. 1, 1846 (he married 1. Susan Burk, 2. Frances Permelia Anderson), John H. Norris, born 1845, and George W. Norris. Family number 2 with Margaret J.(Stevenson) Norris, Mary, Margaret born 1862, Robert E. Norris born 1863(?), and Lillie Norris. William (he was called Captain William H. P. Norris, married Lucinda in Illinois, after Lucinda and he divorced he married Margaret in Iowa and then they moved to Kansas City, MO., where they died and are buried.
