My adoptive name is Theodore LeRoy, and I was born in 1964 in Northside (now Rochester General Hospital), Rochester, New York. The agency handling the adoption was Rochester Maternal and Adoption Service, which changed its name to Northaven, now part of Hillside Children's Center, Rochester, NY.
