Am searching for the grave site of my gggrandfather David Elmore Burns, born Feb. 29, 1857 in Appanoose Co., IA. Married my gggrandmother Mary Elvira Jump-Simpson approx. 1871. Mary died Feb. 24, 1924 in San Bernardino Co., CA & is buried there. I can't find David. He moved to Montana in approx. 1892 after divorce. Their sons were in/near Park Co., MT--Elmer & Forrest. Have found their graves in Emigrant, Park Co., MT, but can't find David.
Other family names: their daughter Lillie Maude Burns married Forrest Fred Sims, Milan, Sullivan Co., MO. Lillie & Forrests' oldest daughter was Olive Alta Sims. She married Ovid Louis Melton. Olive & Ovid are my grandparents.
