I am an adoptee searching for my birth mother. I was born in Hayward Ca. Jan. 2, 1970. I have met my biological brother and sister. I know that my mothers name was Barbara Garner, that is the last name i had on my birth certificate and that is the last name that the county adoption place gave to me, I also know that her maiden name was McQuigg. This picture that I have is of me as a baby in front of the foster home when she dropped me off for adoption and it is her and some man.
