Jeffrey John Landreman Born 2/27/1966 adopted at birth Brown hair & eyes (born blond), about 6'2" with broad shoulders. St Mary's hospital, Green Bay, Brown County. Dr Donald J Gallagher, MD signed 3/2/66, reg 3/7 and issued 3/1/67. Apparently have lots of siblings. Raised in Shawano, Wi. Much-loved adoptive father died last year in California.
