I am searching for one of both of my birth parents. I am a caucasion female. My birthdate per the birth certificate is Feb 8, 1966. The final adoption would have been near May 1966/ Peoria, Illinois. Looking for my younger brother. We were raised in foster homes in Gary, IN area. He was adopted when he was about 4 or 5 and I was 7. He was adopted in 1968 or 1969 and moved to Chicago area.
