I am searching for any information about Captain George BROWNING, a master mariner who was active in Fiji and the South Pacific from about 1830 through to the mid 1860s. He took a customary wife in Fiji around 1850. Her name was Eleanor or Elenoa, supposedly a daughter of the paramount chief Cakobau.
