My mother was born at Surrey Memorial Hospital on May 2 1948. She was underweight. She was adopted by a childless couple in the Fraser Valley. She is not interested in finding her birth parents and I respect her wishes. I am curious about medical records only for her birth parents. Minnie BUTTON b 13 Aug 1874 in Monee, Will co, IL was dau of Dewitt & Francis BUTTON. After the civil war (aft 1869) her fam moved to Nebraska where her father homesteaded. In 1878 they moved to Rock, Marshall co, Kansas. Her mother's obituary in July 1896 says Mrs. Minnie CRISSMAN was then living in Missouri.
