Adoption was handled through Family and Children's Society in Baltimore (1301 Park Avenue was the address at the time). Adoption decree dated September 6, 1968. Seeking medical information/records for birth parents. <title>Genealogy Query - ERISMAN</title><description>&quot;H. L. Erisman&quot; is printed on the outside of a coffee mug I bought at a yard sale in Juneau, Alaska, approximately 10 years ago.  The seller did not know anything about the mug, which seems to date from the 1930s or earlier.  Above the name is a photo portrait of a young man.  I have wondered about H. L. Erisman:  who was he, and why was his face on a coffee mug?
