Need help on Estes family: my Mother, Otis Lee Goss Townley( brn 1915), is looking for any of her mother's family. Martha (Mattie) Regan (sp?) Need information on Alexander Carter and wife Sarah Ann who lived in Greenup County possibly as early as 1867 definitely there 1877 until 1880. Children were: Henry, James, Alexander, Jesse, Sarah Ann and Leona. Alexander reported to have been born in Virginia (part now West Virginia) in 1823. Census of 1880 states Sarah was born in Ky.
