Female born 5/7/1965 ISO birth mother/father. She was from PA, he was an exchange student from Romania. Both students at UMCP. Born in DC?, adopted through Montgomery County MD. I am 5'4", brown hair/eyes and apparently look like my Mother. Limited info given by Montgomery County back before I was old enough to appreciate it so this is all I have. Medical reasons, need info.
