UPDATE: I received the marriage certificate and Don and Rita were married on 7-15-1969. He was a PFC Marine at that time. I am 90% sure the Donald McVey in Virginia is my husband's father and is the correct age, I have also confirmed this through his DOB which is 3-19-1949.
