Does anyone know my father HARRY KOOMANS from 1940 to 1953 resident in London (Southgate?) and discharged from the REME an Army unit in 1946/7. He was Dutch, and released/returned from BELSEN POW camp in Germany. It was reputed that he had a child outside of wedlock to an Irishwoman. Bob Koomans, Brisbane, Australia. I heard that my father Hermanus Koomans had been a rather naughty boy in 1948 or so, perhaps Alice (Koomans) Fry may consider searching that avenue as well. My Mother had a visit one day from the father of a young woman who had been put up the duff so to speak, but Harry as dad was usually known in England, sort of vanished for a while.
