I am looking for my birth mother. I was born Richard Lempke(not sure on the spelling, could be Lemke) in Saskatoon, Sask. I was born August 31st, 1963 and adopted in May of 1964. I had blonde hair and hazel eyes and my birth weight was 8 Lbs, 5 oz.
