Ellesmere Neill, b1870, d1952, son of William and Mary Neill and husband of Marion (nee Manson) - he's my ggrandfather, and I know he married in Gebbies Valley (Banks Peninsula) in 1896, but I can't find any details of his birth (his death certificate says he was born in Ellesmere - I assume this is Ellesmere District) and lived in NZ for 82 years . . any ideas ? ...
