She was born 6/29/59 in Mt. Sinai Hospital in NYC, she was named Margarita Matias,and is of Puerto Rican decent. Not sure if adopted, but became a ward of the State of NY shortly after birth. She may be fair/olive complected with dark wavey or curly hair. Possibly diebetic since all of us have it.
