He was born Jan 12, 1954 in Shelby Co. TN, possibly at St. Joseph's. I believe his birth name was Micheal Montalvo. He was adopted in Little Rock AR,into the Baltz family from Pocahontas, when he was just over a year old in 1955. His mother had dark ethnic features and his father was a sailor in the service.
