I am looking for any information on a John P. Nachand that lived in Madison County, Illinois. John lived there from abt 1832 to aprox 1900. In 1871 he was Justice of the Peace. Edward Henry Nachand, his son worked for the Calhoun Newspaper for a bit and was a printer. While employed, Edward wrote and published a story of his life.
