</title><description>I am seeking info about who my birth parents were. I was born in Lancaster Ohio on 6/16/1953. My adopted parents were Burl Woodrow and Velma Gertrude (nee Hardman) Poling. I have no details surrounding the adoptions, no paperwork, nothing. I am 54 years old, so I suspect that everyone involved would most likely be dead, i.e. the doctor who delivered me, and the attorney who handled the adoption. <title>Genealogy Query - POLING : MOFFITT
</title><description>Around March, early 1950's, I gave birth to a son at Florence Crittenden Home for Unwed Girls in Sioux City, Iowa.  The son was adopted out by the Lutheran Home Finding Society. Son possibly born with leg, ankle or foot defect. LHFS, only told me upon my inquiry about son having a GOOD home, that indeed he was adopted by nice people.
