</title><description>Reference to the 2 Hart Brothers, Lt William Hart and Cornet James Hart who arrived in the Cape about the 22 Sept 1795. Their unit was called, 8th Dragoons (Kings Royal Irish Dragoons, later the 8th Kings Royal Irish Hussars. They kept the peace in the Cape Colony for about 5 years.
