looking for birth mother for medical reasons, to get medical history. The most I know I was born jan. 17, 1971 in a ft.smith arkansas hospital. It could've been st. edwards. My biological mother was around the age of 17. I was taken home by my adoptive parents 3 days after I was born. There names are john richard shores and mary kay shores.
