I AM LOOKING FOR A YOUNG MAN BORN ON SEPTEMBER 13,1989 IN FRANKLIN LOUISIANA HIS BIRTH MOTHER AT THE TIME WOULD HAVE BEEN 15 YEARS OLD. JUST RECENTLY MY HUSBAND WAS TOLD HE MAY HAVE BEEN THE FATHER.
