Hello, I am looking for my family. I was born in Arecibo, PR November of 1971. My father is Luis F. Rosa Tosado from Camuy and my mother is Carmen N. Roman de Valle from Isabella. This is the only real information I have. I was "adopted" as an infant and was not told anything until I found out by accident when I was 17.
