She was raised by a foster faimly from the time she was 18 months. I since have been told that she had adoption records on her in Pa. but that they are sealed since 1984 for 80 years. I would like to know how I can get them. She died in 1984 and I am sure that everyone involved in this are passed. She was born Feb. 22nd 1918.
