I am searching for my brother who was adopted around 1973 or 74. His name was Gary Lee Kinkle Jr at the time, assuming the first and middle name are still the same. He was born on August 5th or 6th in 1968 at Pontiac General Hospital. Childhood Dr. Was Dr. James Oneill. I am trying to find out about my mother. She was raised by a foster faimly from the time she was 18 months. I since have been told that she had adoption records on her in Pa. but that they are sealed since 1984 for 80 years. I would like to know how I can get them.
