I am trying to identify the Newcomb (Nucomb?) who married Amanda Miller b. Connecticut 1780. They had a daughter Adaliza Jane (aka Eliza Jane) b. Oct 1835 in New York State (possibly NYC). Mr. Newcomb died before 1850 and Amanda remarried to James McGrath b. Maine abt 1787. In Jan 1852 Adaliza Jane Newcomb married Ezra Van Camp in Lexington, Sanilac County, MI.
