I am searching for my sister. We would have the same father (Wesley Ciarciuk) from what I've been told my sister's mother's name is Kathy or Cathy Yeager or Yager. My sister was born in 1983 and as far as I know her mother gave her up for adoption in either Texas or New York. It is possible that she was not given up for adoption, I am not 100% sure about it.
