Rodgers/Yerby: Need info on Mamie Rodgers/Rogers. Found her living in the Yerby household in the 1880 New Albany, MS census. She is listed as neice and as 16 years of age. She married George C. HENRY L. YERBY is my gr. grandfather, he married JANE ELIZABETH ROBERTS in Jones Co., Georgia on Feb. 6,1851. He was in the 10th Batt. and died in Macon Ga. at the end of the war while in the hospital there. I am trying to find out who his parents were. Could he be of EVERETT YERBY family?
