I am looking for information on my father Juneis (Shorty) Osborne. In 1956 he obtained a delayed birth certificate which stated he was born in Stone County Arkansas, Mountain View on April 21, 1908. It lists his father has Tom Osborne, and his mother has Sarah Elizibeth Riley.
