Just a reminder. In closed adoptions some of the information on the birth certificate has been altered just to keep it private. Sometimes the date by a couple of days, sometimes the hospital, sometimes the doctor. Rarely, though I have heard it happens, even the sex of the baby can be changed on the birth certificate. ...
