I am looking for anything on Elender Huff or Guff. The only information that I have is that she married Allen Ashley 01 Jan 1839 in Clay or Platte county Missouri. Allen Ashley married Elen G Beatee 27 Feb 1845. Allen Ashley and Elendor Huff had two children Francis Marion in 1841 and Mary Ellen 30 Mar 1843 She may have died in childbirth????? I am searching for an Issac Chaffin. He had one daughter, (to my knowledge) Julia Chaffin who was born 1849. She (apparently) was orphaned in the platte county missouri area. She was a boarder in 1860 @ the age of 10. Married a John Bledsoe sometime after that. Her death certificate lists "Issac Chaffin" as her father, mother unknown...
