I am searching for my birth mother, and possible siblings. I was born in Grand Forks, ND at United hospital, on or around Sept.9, 1981. I am told she and my birth father were going to college, I'm assuming in Grand Forks. Does anyone know where or how I can obtain information on my GGGGrandfather, Francois Russell (Rouselle) who froze to death in a storm and died December 1874?
