I am looking for my birth family. All I know is I was born January 15, 1983 somewhere in Omaha. From what I've gathered from a piece of paper my adoptive mom wrote on my parents were between the ages of 15-17, and about 5'7. Dr. Ord was my birthmom's doctor. I am searching for my birth parents. I was born on January 6, 1975 in Omaha, Nebraska at Methodist Hospital. I was adopted through Lutheran Family Services. I was born with extra toes and fingers. We are trying to find information on our Slama family history. We have found some in the NE area. I have a list in the book: A History of CZECHS (Bohemians) In Nebraska.
