I am searching for the parents of Jesse Wallace born April 1835 Va.according to the 1900 census of Putnam Co. WV. Jesse married Sarah Margaret Crowder date unknown. From another query he was in Gosper Co. Neb. on 1880 census then back to WV on the 1900 census. I can not find him on the 1850 census, he would be 15 years old if the 1900 census is right.
