I'm trying to find out who my biological father was. My aunt said his name was Charles McLaughlin from Mansfield, Ohio. I was born Jan. 2,1949 in Ashland, Ohio. At the age of 3 my maternal grandparents adopted me. My birth certificate shows them as my legal parents but I would like to see the original certificate. Any suggestions?
