my adopted son's biological mother, he was born at Halifax Hospital in Volusia County, FL on July 18,1993. She lived in New Smyna Bh, Fl and was in highschool at the time. We were told she went to a urgent care and was transpoted by ambulence to Halifax and had him within 20 min in the ER. Her father was a Volusia County Judge and attorney.
