I have some information that my g-grandfather, Dr. W. McKay Dougan, was living in Seneca in August 1881 and other information (delivery of a Selby baby) in October 1883. I believe he was married to Lillie Walton at this time. I can find no other information as to the length of time there and his whereabouts after leaving Seneca, though possibly Perry, OK.
